Pop Sockets & Phone Cases:

Your phone case and/or phone accessories (such as pop sockets) might interfere with its ability to charge if they are not optimized for wireless charging capabilities.
Pop Sockets: if you have the newer version with interchangeable designs, Pop Socket recommends you remove the design to use wireless charging. I tried this on my iPhone 12 pro with a case and removed the Pop Socket design (but left the sticky part on) and it did not work. Did not try with a caseless phone.
Cases: Works depending on how thick your case is and if it is made to be wireless charging compatible. I was able to charge my phone while it had the case on. If you have a thick case (like Otterbox) I’m not sure if it will work.
