You should not overstuff with very heavy items if you would like to increase the longevity of your frog. it is bad for your back and bad for your frog.
If rubber pin backs do not stay on due to the insert being too thick, look into getting locking pin backs! They are available for very cheap via Amazon!
Bag is water resistant, not water proof. The fabric will repel water if you're walking to the bus stop in the rain, or if you're being sprayed by a hose. But standing with the bag for 4 hours in the pouring rain will eventually result in parts of the bag being a little damp.
If you have heavy items in your bag, you should make sure the bottom is supported (put it down on a table, balance it on your knee, etc) when zipping up the main bag compartment. This will make zipping easier, and less likely for you to pull it off its track.
Bag is hand wash and spot clean only. Take care not to scratch off the face print when cleaning.
Treat your bag with care. This bag is not meant to withstand heavy abuse. You should not be dragging it over sharp rocks, flinging it around, or using it to carry around bowling balls. This frog is meant to withstand daily wear and tear, not torture!! be nice to him!!
